Product QA

Q: Is this really Yinghong No.9 tea base?

A: It uses 100% Yingde‑origin Yinghong No.9 large‑leaf black
tea base. It is not ordinary low‑cost black tea, delivering richer tea flavour,
longer sweet aftertaste and better brew resistance.

Q: Is the osmanthus fragrance from artificial flavouring?
Will it be overly cloying?

A: Natural golden osmanthus is used for scenting. No
artificial flavourings are added. The fragrance is elegant, natural and
pleasant, with a fresh sweet taste that is not cloying on the palate.

Q: Can it be cold‑brewed?

A: Highly suitable! Cold brewing brings out more prominent
osmanthus aroma with clean and refreshing tea liquor, making it an all‑season
versatile drink for Hong Kong.

Q: Will the tea taste bitter or astringent?

A: Yinghong No.9 itself has low bitterness and astringency.
With proper water temperature and steeping time, it yields a smooth, sweet
taste with barely any astringency.

working days will be shipped within 1‑2 working days via HKTVmall platform
