Lemon Leaf Yinghong No. 9 Black Tea is a flavored black tea specialty of Yingde, Guangdong. It is made from Yinghong No. 9 as the base and blended with natural lemon leaves, and is an innovative category of Yingde black tea.
1. Base: Yinghong No. 9
· Origin: Developed in 1961 by the Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences using Yunnan large-leaf varieties, a Guangdong provincial-level superior variety, and the "ace" of Yingde black tea.
. Appearance: The strips are moist and tight, with exposed golden tips.
· Tea liquor: bright red with gold rings.
· Aroma: Natural honey and floral and fruity scents are prominent.
· Taste: Rich, mellow, and fresh, sweet and lingering, durable for 8-9 brews.
2. Blend: Lemon leaves
· Ingredients: Yinghong No. 9 fresh leaves, natural lemon leaves, no additives.
· Flavor: Black tea honey aroma blends with fresh lemon aroma, carrying citrus honey notes, refreshing without being greasy.
· Tea liquor: Amber red and bright, mellow and sweet taste, with a lingering lemon aroma.
3. Basic information
· Origin: Yingde, Qingyuan, Guangdong (core production area).
· Process: Picking→ withering→ rolling→ fermentation→ drying→ blending with lemon leaves.
. Brewing: Water temperature 85-90°C, brew in 5 seconds, can be brewed repeatedly.
· Shelf life: about 3 years (stored sealed and protected from light).
